What You Will Do
- 1.根据SAP的进出口信息指示，按照部门规定的流程和要求，对不同的贸易方式和运输代理，安排进出口；
- 2.熟练掌握运输代理需求及各环节要求的细节和注意事项，及时处理运输过程中的突发事件；
- 3.对于紧急货物，密切关注货物的运输状态，与相关部门（报关、仓库、CSR、运输、采购）保持良好沟通，共同服务客户；
- 4.负责将货运相关单据及单证及记录存档，方便本部门不定时查阅及财务核验；
- 5.审核仓库同事提供的发票和装箱单，包括客户、数量、物料编号等，如有异常及时交还制单人员检查纠正；
- 6.完成主管/经理安排的其他工作。
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- 1.大专或以上学历；
- 2.从事电子制造工厂的物流操作经验3年或以上；
- 3.熟悉物流操作业务；
- 4.良好的沟通能力；
- 5.良好的执行能力；
- 6.了解AEO贸易安全；
- 7.会使用SAP；
- 8.会使用Office 软件。
