Persons employed in this position are responsible for, but not limited to, performing the manufacturing tasks necessary to production efficiency, products quality and maximize productivity to ensure total customer satisfaction.
Job Description:
Ø Plan and achieve productivity, quality, and cost targets.
Ø Lead the SMT team to constantly update the focus of work, change the way of work, to promote the transformation of the team.
Ø Create maximum long-term value for internal and external customers and society according to team members' abilities and opportunities.
Ø Establish, improve and supervise the team management system and workflow, and be responsible for the appointment, training, assessment and evaluation of the Department staff.
Ø Responsible for SMT daily management, production management, equipment management, process management, etc;
Ø Coordinate the work progress and cooperation of all departments to ensure the smooth and safe operation of production in SMT step by step.
Ø Organize and promote 6S on-site management and Kanban production management according to lean production idea, continuously improve the company's on-site management level, eliminate waste, improve work efficiency and reduce manufacturing cost
Ø Enforce safety regulations and all company policies.
Ø Ensure established company policies, procedures and rules are followed.
Ø Special projects as requested.
Ø Proficient in managing SMT equipment production teams, especially with rich experience in overcoming process difficulties
Ø Proficient in improving SMT process efficiency and quality, with rich experience in enhancing SMT KPIs
Position Requirements:
Ø Associate’s degree or above.
Ø 5+ years of supervisory experience in a fast paced, small components high volume production environment.
Ø Good English & Chinese communication skill.
Ø Good PC skills.
Ø Excellent leadership qualities.
Ø More than 5 years working experience in automobile industry
Ø Must be self-motivated and be willing to work under pressure and work in shift.
Ø Good team player but can work independently.
Ø Knowledge of IATF16949/ISO14001/ISO45001 procedures a plus.
Ø Understand and observe position safety protection.
Ø Fluent English speaking ability enables smooth communication with foreign colleagues and clients
