- Develop and implement financial strategies that enhance profitability and operational efficiency
- Analyze financial performance of Tier 1 automotive programs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Build and maintain program forecasts to support decision-making and value creation
- Monitor and optimize program costs including labor, materials, and services
- Collaborate with Program Management, Finance, Operations, Sourcing, Sales, and Supply Chain teams
- Lead change initiatives to implement improved financial processes and systems
- Mentor and develop team members on financial and business excellence practices
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities using PBM principles
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in financial management or business excellence within a Tier 1 automotive environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting
- Effective communication and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to drive change
