As a Recruitment and Hiring Specialist, you will be responsible for attracting, assessing, and hiring talent aligned with the company’s philosophy and business needs. This role plays a key part in ensuring the organization has the right people in place by leading effective recruitment strategies and maintaining high standards throughout the hiring process.
Our Team
You will be part of the HR team within DSS, collaborating closely with all company departments, as well as external partners such as agencies, schools, and government institutions. This role supports business growth by ensuring a consistent flow of qualified talent across the organization.
What You Will Do
- Drive and execute recruitment strategies to attract talent aligned with business needs and company values
- Lead end-to-end recruiting processes, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand workforce needs and deliver timely hiring solutions
- Evaluate candidates through interviews, assessments, and psychometric tools to ensure high-quality hiring decisions
- Monitor recruitment performance and continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with external sources and institutions to strengthen the talent pipeline
- Support onboarding and integration processes to ensure successful employee transitions into the company
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, safety, and operational excellence programs.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree completed or equivalent professional experience
- 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or similar roles
- Advanced English level (B2), able to communicate effectively in professional settings
- Experience using recruitment tools and systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Office suite)
- Ability to analyze candidate information and make informed hiring decisions

- Advanced degree or specialization in administrative or HR-related fields
- Experience working in high-volume or operational recruitment environments
- Strong analytical mindset and experience using recruitment metrics (KPIs)
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across different areas
