As part of our DSS ramp-up plan in Poland, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Technician to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring product quality, supporting compliance with standards, and driving continuous improvement in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Our Team
The position requires flexibility to work within a 3-shift system to maintain quality control throughout production.
What You Will Do
- Perform inspections to ensure product compliance with quality standards.
- Conduct measurements and tests using appropriate tools and equipment.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement quality improvements.
- Ensure adherence to company procedures and regulatory requirements.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Technical education in quality, engineering, or related field.
- +2 years of Experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of measurement techniques and quality tools
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Communicative English required for collaboration in an international environment.
- Proficiency in Polish language required.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience with ISO standards and quality management systems.
- Knowledge of SPC (Statistical Process Control) and other quality methodologies.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
