What You Will Do
- Lead end-to-end project execution, owning scope, budget, timelines, and deliverables
- Drive program progress, ensuring alignment with agreed milestones, quality standards, and financial targets
- Manage contractual commitments and ensure project profitability
- Serve as the primary interface for customers, ensuring clear and consistent communication
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, testing laboratories, and regulatory stakeholders
- Ensure timely and high-quality project documentation and governance
- Facilitate project reviews, decision-making forums, and stakeholder alignment
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management tools, processes, and best practices
- Provide accurate project reporting, forecasting, and budgeting based on progress
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- 8-15 years of project management experience, preferably within the medical device industry
- Knowledge of medical device regulations and standards (21 CFR, ISO 13485, ISO 14971)
- Experience leading development programs from concept through industrialization
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to align execution with business objectives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across diverse stakeholder groups
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Strong planning, estimation, and organizational skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience with tools such as MS Project, Jira, or equivalent
- Experience in drug delivery devices (e.g., insulin pens, autoinjectors, inhalation devices)
- Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional development programs
