To support the business operations of the Molex MPS division by leading high-requirement customer programs and managing new program development from pre-production through to full production.
Our Team
You will be reporting to NPI Manager.
What You Will Do
- Work with the Business Development Team, customers, and Cost Estimation teams to transfer GCD into the NPI process.
- Primary interface with customer leadership in a dynamic, fast-moving environment, requiring strong executive-level communication and the ability to maintain team focus on execution.
- Establish program team members after business award and implement the AQP process from project kickoff to launch while ensuring adherence to phase-gate processes.
- Responsible for achieving program budget targets within scope and lunch the project within promised timing plan.
- Manage program risks and resources effectively.
- Maintain program adherence to regulatory and quality requirements.
- Ensure appropriate processes, tools, and methodologies are applied effectively.
- Follow EHS related laws, regulations during project execution. Propose safety improvement suggestion for management position, be responsibilities for EHS of department/team.
- Support during customer visits to ensure customer needs are met.
- Enable an environment of strong business partnership, knowledge share, and principled entrepreneurship.
- To perform ad hoc assignments from supervisor.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Engineering, or other related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant manufacturing work environment, such as production planning and control or related experience in similar job requirement.
o At least 2 years of experience in engineering and/or contract manufacturing business.
o Minimum 1 year of project management experience (advantageous).
