As part of our DSS ramp-up plan in Poland, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to join our growing team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth production operations, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving efficiency in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The role requires flexibility and readiness to work within a rotating 3-shift schedule to support continuous production operations
What You Will Do
- Oversee daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets.
- Lead and manage a team of production operators, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and optimize production processes to ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Maintenance, Planning) to resolve issues and implement improvements.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Support ramp-up activities, including training, process stabilization, and capacity expansion.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Readiness to work in shifts
- Fluent Polish
What Will Put You Ahead
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
- Communicative English.
