Your Job
Lead a team of Supervisors, Technicians, Specialists and Operators by applying the company’s management philosophy and prioritizing people development and self‑actualization. Ensure alignment between operations, planning and support functions (maintenance, procurement, quality) through regular feedback cycles to validate and adjust execution plans. Anticipate resource needs and bottlenecks, propose alternative scenarios and contingency plans; drive continuous improvement based on KPIs and quantify gains by managing line indicators (uptime, yield, quality). Integrate safety, quality and cost into prioritization decisions, fostering a safety culture, compliance with standards and proper use of PPE; implement preventive actions, investigate incidents and monitor safety metrics.

You will be part of the plant operations leadership, working closely with planning, maintenance, procurement and quality teams. The group is focused on continuous improvement, operational excellence and developing people to achieve safe, efficient and sustainable results.

- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and the quality management system.

- Proactively seek best practices and knowledge from internal and external sources, keeping a connected and distributed team aligned to advance KPIs.
- Apply critical and commercial thinking to make timely, effective decisions aimed at improving the business’s profitability.
Who you are (Basic qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (other degrees will be considered).
- Demonstrated experience in industrial operations management and in developing people.
- Advanced/fluent English for regular communication with other plants and support functions.
- Proven experience managing KPI‑driven operations (e.g., uptime, yield, quality) and delivering measurable improvements.
