What You Will Do
- Understand Aerospace & Defense customer applications, including harsh environments, high-reliability requirements, and mission-critical use cases.
- Translate customer needs into Molex interconnect solutions, ensuring technical fit and compliance with applicable standards.
- Provide technical support including documentation, product selection, and application guidance.
- Act as a technical first point of contact for customers via inbound channels (calls, email, digital platforms).
- Support A&D-focused customer engagements, including design-in activities and technical discussions.
- Follow up on leads from industry-specific events, exhibitions, and campaigns, particularly within the Aerospace & Defense ecosystem.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers on customer visits, preparation, and technical presentations.
- Contribute to identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product management, and engineering to build deep understanding of high-reliability product portfolios.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Strong technical foundation in electronics, electrical, or electromechanical engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Engineering is required, preferably in Electronic Engineering or a closely related field.
- Strong interest in Aerospace & Defense applications and technologies.
- Ability to understand complex systems and communicate technical concepts confidently.
- Native Polish speaker with fluent English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with engineers and commercial stakeholders.
- Proactive, curious, and entrepreneurial mindset with interest in creating customer value.
- Comfortable using digital tools for communication, collaboration, and prospecting.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Strong technical foundation, with solid understanding of engineering principles and good knowledge of electronics and electromechanical components.
- A Master’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunications, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or similar) is a strong plus.
- First exposure to electronics, connectors, interconnect solutions, or industrial applications is an advantage.
