Your Role:
We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production, quality, safety, and cost objectives are consistently achieved.
Our Team:
You will be part of the TIS Division, collaborating closely with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance teams to drive operational excellence and business success.
What You Will Do:
- Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations
- Ensure achievement of delivery, cost, and quality targets
- Drive Lean initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
- Develop, coach, and lead the operations team
- Manage resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges
- Monitor and analyze key operational KPIs
- Foster a high-performance culture
- Support 5S, EHS, and Quality programs
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- 10+ years of manufacturing experience in the automotive and/or electronics industry
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
- Advanced English proficiency
What Will Put You Ahead:
- Lean and/or Six Sigma certifications
- Experience with ERP and MES systems
