Your Job
Manage time-attendance and do monthly payroll as well as help the employee completing paper-works related to Social insurance (contribution, benefits) and ensure the Plant in line with the legal regulations’ requirements.
What You Will Do
1. Manage daily attendance tracking and monthly payroll calculation.
2. Be responsible for Social Insurance, Health Insurance and Unemployment Insurance, including compliance, data, reports, and claims). Ensure the relevant laws/ regulations updated and executed correctly. Maintain close business network with the local insurance to quickly deal with the employee’s claims.
3. Ensure the delivery of premium health care to employees and their dependants, include but not limit to: contract & term renewal, enroll and discharge employee and their dependants, handle claim issues, improve services of broker.
4. Be responsible for Personal Income Tax including Tax code, dependent, monthly report, finalization. Ensure the relevant laws/ regulations updated an executed correctly.
5. Be together with local supplier to operate local system -HR functions, including its transactions and updated-data. Coordinate and perform troubleshooting and investigation of payroll system problems and take appropriate corrective actions.
6. Ensure that all of employee understood about the regulations / guidelines of SI, payroll calculations.
7. Be responsible for regular and ad-hoc payroll analytic and management reporting on payroll related information.
8. Manage labor-discipline/resignation process.
9. Be accountable for the compliance to rules, procedures and requirement in term of
a. 6S & KAIZEN / Environmental Health Safety
b. RBA & Social Responsibility / Protection of company assets.
10. Understand, support and contribute to current Molex Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures.
11. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience: directly responsible for timekeeping and payroll for a workforce of 1.000 employees and above.
2. Good at English
3. Good at Excel, Word process and office software
4. Organizational and Planning skill
5. Skill of presentation and communication
6. Knowledge of the labor law / its relevant regulations
7. Familiar with DOLISA, HN Social Insurance Co., HIZA
8. Knowledge of SAP system is a plus
