Georgia-Pacific Corrugated Packaging is looking for a Sales Manager who knows the box business, moves with urgency, and can help customers solve real packaging, supply chain, and operational challenges. This is a high-impact commercial leadership role for someone who is energized by growth, disciplined execution, and building long-term customer partnerships that create measurable value.
In this role, you will lead the sales strategy for our integrated box business, develop a capable commercial team, and partner closely with operations, design, customer service, pricing, and finance to win the right business. You will be expected to understand the market, use data to make sound decisions, and help customers see Georgia-Pacific as a preferred partner, not just another supplier.
Location: The ideal candidate will reside near our corrugated box facility in Mt. Wolf, Pennsylvania.

What You Will Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a commercial sales team with clear expectations, strong accountability, and a bias for action.
- Build strong working partnerships with operations, design, customer service, pricing, and other commercial teams to improve speed, service, and customer value.
- Drive profitable growth by improving mix, margin, pipeline quality, and commercial discipline.
- Develop market strategies that identify where we can win, which customers we should pursue, and how we create the most value.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships through technical knowledge, responsive follow-through, and a clear understanding of each customer’s business.
- Use our sales process to uncover customer needs, connect those needs to box solutions, and convert opportunities into sustainable business.
- Maintain a healthy, transparent sales pipeline with clear ownership, timing, next steps, and expected value.
- Model safe, compliant, and responsible work practices while setting the tone for a professional, high-integrity sales culture.
- Use Microsoft 365, CRM Microsoft Dynamics, and other digital tools to manage information, communicate clearly, and improve commercial execution.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Direct experience in corrugated packaging, including how boxes are designed, manufactured, priced, sold, and delivered.
- Strong business and financial acumen, including experience with pricing, forecasting, market trends, margin analysis, and budgeting.
- Demonstrated experience managing the full sales process, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation, close, onboarding, and account growth.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to support customers, the team, and business priorities.

- A proven track record of building and executing commercial plans that grow profitable volume and create clear value for customers.
- Experience leading, coaching, or developing sales talent in a manufacturing or B2B environment.
- Comfort using financial statements, customer profitability, and market data to make better commercial decisions.
- Technical training, continuing education, or demonstrated curiosity that shows a commitment to learning the business deeply.
- Experience using CRM tools, data, and digital workflows to improve sales execution and customer follow-through.
