We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead a dynamic team of AP Leads, Analysts, and SMEs supporting invoice processing and related activities. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations, process compliance, and continuous improvement within our global Accounts Payable function.

What You Will Do
- Lead and manage teams supporting invoice processing, exception handling, and special case management.
- Drive operational excellence through workflow/queue and workforce planning for high-volume AP activities.
- Ensure strict adherence to service levels, process documentation, business controls, and compliance standards.
- Build stakeholder relationships, manage escalations, and deliver outstanding customer service and feedback.
- Champion continuous process improvements and adoption of best practices to deliver key business metrics.
- Anticipate and respond proactively to evolving business needs and priorities.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
- 10+ years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (PTP) with at least 2 years in people management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage AP operations, meet SLAs, and lead teams.
- Proficient in SAP (hands-on experience required), MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong communication, analytical, supervisory, and customer service skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Master’s degree in Commerce.
- Experience with SAP Ariba/S4, ServiceNow, and extensive use of Microsoft Excel.
- Proven ability to manage compliance, remote transitions, and global helpdesk operations.
- Strong skills in business and stakeholder management, root cause problem solving, and process reporting.
- Experience with freight invoice processing and transition of global AP operations.
