Your Job
We are looking for an experienced IBM FileNet Developer & Administrator to join our global Enterprise Content Management (ECM) team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, supporting, and enhancing FileNet-based solutions used across the enterprise.
You will work with global teams to deliver document management, workflow, content services, and automation solutions while providing ongoing production support for critical business applications. As part of our technology transformation journey, you will be exposed to emerging Generative AI capabilities and play a role in identifying, implementing, and scaling AI-powered solutions that drive operational efficiency and innovation across the enterprise.
- Design, develop, and support IBM FileNet solutions
- Configure and administer FileNet environments, including Content Platform Engine (CPE) and Content Navigator (ICN)
- Develop and maintain FileNet workflows and integrations
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Participate in application upgrades, deployments, and environment maintenance
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver new capabilities
- Support application performance monitoring and optimization
- Participate in on-call support rotations when required
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Experience with IBM FileNet
- Hands-on experience with:
- FileNet Workflows / Case Manager
- FileNet Administration
- WAS ND
- Experience with Java or C#
- Knowledge of REST APIs and system integrations
- Experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server
- Working knowledge of SQL Server or other relational databases
- Familiarity with Active Directory / LDAP
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience with AWS (EC2 and related services)
- Experience with IBM Datacap
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale ECM applications
- Exposure to document capture, records management, or workflow automation solutions
- Experience with Content Platform Engine (CPE) and/or Content Navigator (ICN)
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
