We are seeking a Clerk, Automation to support daily operations within the automation team. This role will play a key part in ensuring smooth communication across teams by providing Korean translation and interpretation support, while also delivering administrative and clerical assistance to the department.
You will work closely with the automation team, including engineers and cross-functional partners, to support efficient communication and daily operational activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Provide Chinese–Korean translation (written) for technical documents, emails, and internal materials
- Support on-site interpretation during meetings, daily communication, and project discussions
- Assist with coordination between Korean-speaking stakeholders and local teams to ensure clear and accurate communication
- Handle routine clerical and administrative work, including document filing, report preparation, and data entry
- Support meeting arrangements, minutes taking, and follow-up actions
- Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors or managers
- Proficiency in Korean and Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
- Strong communication and interpretation skills, with attention to accuracy
- Basic administrative or clerical experience
- Good organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a team environment
- Experience supporting manufacturing or engineering teams
- Prior experience in translation or interpretation (especially Korean–Chinese)
- Familiarity with automation-related terminology or technical processes
