- Demand Creation for assigned customer/Industry/geography
- Manage key Accounts either Directly or Indirectly to establish Molex as the strategic supplier.

- Establish Molex’s strategically as either #1 or 2 suppliers among all assigned customers.

What You Will Do
- Maximize Molex position in customer AVL & programs’ BOM list
- Promote, identify and develop Solution Sales Opportunities for Molex.
- Engagement with Division to establish product and account strategy – TAM/SAM/Competition/Customer/Market trend
- Raise PDR, justify it with DMF and seek Divisional approval & Support
- Manage product qualification process, be it coordinating with relevant parties’ for support or providing technical support throughout the entire process
- Coordinate & conduct Technology roadshow to gain customer’s mind share on regular basis.
- Create and grow CRM pipeline to support account growth target.
- As a conduit to help build relationship across customer’s organization (R&D, sourcing, senior management) with ours.
- Price management & alignment with division to make sure Molex pricing is in-line with the market and that we continue to stay competitive; at the same time maximize our profit.
- Responsible for Revenue and Variable Pocket Margin growth
- Full Account responsibility until the first Mass production PO
- Continue to develop oneself to ensure one stays relevant in the market served.
- Continue to learn and adopt MBM philosophy and guiding principles to conduct our biz.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical Engineering
- Have minimum 3-5 years in related electronic sales with front –end design experience.
