Position Overview
As an Engineer, Plating Chemical, you will develop chemical using & analyse procedure for LAB and plating line. Take charge of LAB equipment operation to provide support on control, maintain plating line production to achieving quality, productivity and output goals. Manage precious metal metrics (gold)
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring and analyzing quality performance
- Manage chemical storage and control chemical for production in Plating dept.
- Precious metal metrics control
- Procedure of ISO system and EHS
- Trouble shooting & problem solving for all related issue of quality, technical on plating production line which related to chemical matter during new product launching as well as mass production
- Acting continue improvement for quality, productivity up & reduce production cost
- Plating LAB equipment operate & maintain to keep it in good condition & periodic calibration.
- Support to supplier to solve issue during setup or trial new plating product
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Qualification
University degree and above, major in Chemistry / Chemical engineering
Experience
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
Skills & Competencies
- Ability to read technical drawings and create standards/instructions.
- Proficiency with computers (excel, email, office software) and on-the-job training skills.
- English communication skills
