What You Will Do
【工作内容】 - 负责PCB布局设计，确保电路板的信号完整性、电源完整性和电磁兼容性。 - 使用EDA工具（如Altium Designer, Cadence等）进行PCB布局设计，并与硬件工程师紧密合作，以满足产品性能和生产需求。 - 对PCB布局进行审查，确保设计符合公司标准和行业规范。 - 参与产品的设计评审会议，提出建设性的意见和建议，提升产品质量。 - 解决PCB布局过程中遇到的技术问题，优化设计以提高效率和性能。 - 持续学习最新的PCB设计技术和行业发展趋势。
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
【任职要求】 - 电子工程、电气工程或相关专业本科及以上学历，3年以上相同岗位经验。 - 熟练使用至少一种PCB设计软件（如Altium Designer, Cadence等）。 - 具备良好的电路分析能力，理解信号完整性、电源完整性和EMC的基本概念。 - 良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够与其他工程师有效协作。 - 对新技术有强烈的好奇心和学习意愿，愿意不断探索和尝试新的设计理念和技术方法。 有一定英语口语能力优先
