Engineer, Manufacturing Process (Hung Yen)
Location: Thang Long II IP, Hung Yen (Daily Bus from Hanoi/Hai Duong/Bac Ninh)

Since 2007, Molex Vietnam has operated its first factory in Thang Long I IP. We are now expanding with a new high tech facility in Thang Long II IP, Hung Yen, backed by a $145 million investment and spanning 100,000 m². This site will manufacture advanced products including high-speed connectors, cables, and optical devices.
Our Team
You will work within the Datacom & Specialty Solutions division, collaborating closely with both internal teams such as QA, PMC, field sales, marketing, and peers, as well as external stakeholders including customers and suppliers. This team is focused on supporting product and production processes to ensure high-quality outputs and continuous improvement.
What You Will Do
- Transfer and apply OMS production process knowledge from Zhuhai to the Hung Yen factory.
- Continuously optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce complexity, and standardize procedures.
- Stabilize and enhance the quality and efficiency of key process steps.
- Train employees on processes and evaluate their qualifications for job positions.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date process documentation.
- Collaborate with product engineers to improve specific product processes and implement enhancement solutions.
- Analyze and resolve non-conforming or scrapped products, proposing corrective actions.
- Support management by undertaking additional related tasks as assigned.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Optical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in engineering or process roles.
- Proficient in English or Chinese, both written and spoken.
- Skilled in written communication, familiar with PPT, Word, Excel, and other office software.
- Strong communication and expression skills, logical thinking, positive attitude, and familiarity with manufacturing processes.
What Will Put You Ahead

- Good knowledge of optical or electrical engineering principles.
- Familiarity with manufacturing and quality assurance analysis tools.
- Expertise in Six Sigma analysis and lean production methodologies.
