We are seeking a Data Analyst to support Data Quality (DQ) and Master Data Management (MDM) activities that enable reliable business processes and data-driven decision making. In this role, you will work closely with business users, data stewards, and technology teams to help maintain accurate and trusted data across enterprise systems. You will have opportunities to analyze data, resolve issues, improve processes, and contribute to data governance initiatives.

You will join a collaborative team focused on improving data quality and maintaining trusted master data that supports key business operations. The team partners closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure enterprise data remains accurate, consistent, and actionable.
What You Will Do
- Improve business decision-making by monitoring data quality metrics, reports, and exception trends.
- Perform data profiling, validation, and reconciliation activities to identify and remediate data quality issues.
- Support root-cause investigations and drive resolution of data quality incidents and remediation actions.
- Assist with developing and maintaining data quality rules, controls, and validation processes.
- Create, update, and maintain master data records, including customer, material, and reference data.
- Execute approved master data changes within ERP and MDM platforms while ensuring compliance with data standards.
- Conduct quality reviews before and after master data updates to maintain data integrity.
- Build and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and data validation tools.
- Write SQL queries to analyze data, identify trends, and support issue resolution.
- Support data migration, testing, and validation activities for system enhancements and business projects.
- Document findings, business rules, and process improvements while effectively communicating results to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business partners to identify opportunities to improve data quality and master data processes.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- 1-3 years of experience in Data analysis, Data quality, Master data management, reporting, data governance, or related data management functions.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, charts, and data analysis features.
- Experience writing SQL queries using joins, filtering, aggregation, and data retrieval techniques.
- Experience analyzing, validating, or reconciling data sets.
- Knowledge of data quality, data governance, or data management concepts.
- Experience working with large datasets from multiple sources.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience gained through internships, academic projects, or professional work involving data analysis or reporting.
- Experience supporting data quality, master data, or data governance initiatives.
- Exposure to ERP systems, including SAP.
- Familiarity with Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and processes.
- Experience using Power Query or other data transformation tools.
- Experience supporting data migrations, testing, or system implementation projects.
