The Customer Service Success Supervisor is responsible for leading customer fulfillment, shipment execution, service communication, and short-term demand alignment. This role connects Customer Service, Planning, Production, Warehouse, Logistics, and Quality to ensure customer orders are executed on time, risks are escalated, and priorities are aligned with the Master Production Schedule.
What You Will Do
- Lead daily customer service and fulfillment activities for assigned customers.
- Maintain clear communication with customers regarding orders, shipments, delivery risks, shortages, and recovery actions.
- Validate material availability against customer demand, open orders, and shipment requirements.
- Support MPS execution by aligning customer priorities with production plans, material availability, and operational capacity.
- Follow up on pull-ins, push-outs, past-due orders, demand changes, and critical customer requirements.
- Coordinate shipment preparation, documentation, ASN, POGI, carrier pick-up, and delivery follow-up.
- Monitor logistics execution, transportation incidents, loading windows, and customer-specific shipping requirements.
- Escalate risks related to supply, quality holds, production delays, system issues, or transportation problems.
- Coordinate actions between Planning, Production, Warehouse, Logistics, Quality, Purchasing, and Customer Service.
- Ensure SAP, EDI, customer portals, order status, shipment data, and documentation are accurate and updated.
- Manage customer escalations and follow up on corrective or preventive actions until closure.
- Monitor customer scorecards, service performance, shipment accuracy, and fulfillment KPIs.
- Identify improvement opportunities to strengthen customer service, demand execution, and shipment reliability.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, or Materials Management.
- 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Knowledge of order management, fulfillment, MPS, material availability, shipment execution, ASN, EDI, SAP, and customer portals.
- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, electronics, or high-volume operations preferred.
- Strong communication, follow-up, escalation, and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
