Partner with Sales Managers to deliver an exceptional customer experience, ensure timely order fulfillment, maintain customer data integrity, and support profitable business growth through operational excellence and proactive customer support.

You will be part of Supply Chain capability and working under the supervision of Order Management Leader.
What You Will Do
Customer Experience & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary operational contact for customer inquiries, order status, delivery updates, claims, and service-related issues.
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver responsive, professional support.
- Proactively identify and resolve service issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
Order Fulfillment & Service Excellence
- Monitor customer orders and drive urgent actions to ensure on-time and complete order fulfillment.
- Escalate supply, production, inventory, and logistics risks promptly to prevent service disruptions.
- Coordinate with Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Finance teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Ensure customers receive timely communication regarding order and shipment status.
Sales Support
- Partner with Sales Managers to support customer retention, revenue growth, and service excellence.
- Provide operational insights and customer service updates to support customer discussions and business reviews.
- Support commercial initiatives and customer-specific action plans.
Claims & Issue Resolution
- Manage customer claims, credit notes, and service recovery activities.
Customer Data & System Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer master data, pricing records, agreements, and account information in Salesforce (SF) and WGS.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with company standards.
Digital Adoption & Continuous Improvement
- Promote adoption of Salesforce, EDI, customer portals, and self-service solutions.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that reduce cost-to-serve and improve service performance.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field.
At least 3 years of experience in both customer experience, order management, sales coordinator or related areas.
Proficiency in Thai and English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of customer facing, order management and supply chain processes.
High attention to detail and data accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
Customer-focused mindset with effective communication skills.
Continuous improvement and problem-solving orientation
Experience with Salesforce (SF), WGS, Excel, and relevant Order Management software.
