Molex is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to join our Optical Systems Business Unit (OSBU).
This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Material Planning, Quality Assurance , Customs, Logistics, and Finance, to ensure efficient warehouse management and smooth import/export operations. The position is responsible for inventory accuracy, warehouse operations, logistics coordination, customs clearance, and trade compliance activities.

What You Will Do
- Warehouse Management
- Manage daily warehouse operations and ensure alignment between physical inventory and system records.
- Plan and optimize warehouse storage locations and inventory management strategies.
- Warehouse Operations & 6S Management
- Oversee all warehouse operational activities.
- Implement and maintain 6S practices to ensure a safe, organized, and efficient working environment.
- Receiving, Packaging, and Shipping Management
- Execute receiving, inspection, packaging, and shipping activities.
- Ensure materials and products are stored, packed, and shipped in accordance with company requirements and procedures.
- Import/Export & Customs Operations
- Prepare and manage import/export documentation, including Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading (B/L), and related shipping documents.
- Manage relationships with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and logistics service providers to ensure timely delivery.
- Trade Compliance & Regulatory Support
- Support product classification activities, including HS Code, ECCN, and EAR requirements.
- Ensure import/export activities comply with applicable trade regulations, customs requirements, and company compliance policies.
- Assist in executing assignments and responsibilities delegated by management
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Minimum of One year of relevant professional work experience.
- Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain, or import/export management.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems.
