The KGS Enterprise Service Management (ESM) team is responsible for empowering Koch businesses to deliver effortless and highly valuable services in all shapes and forms via automation, workflows, and data through our primary platform, ServiceNow. Our Team
The KGS Enterprise Service Management (ESM) team is responsible for empowering Koch businesses to deliver effortless and highly valuable services in all shapes and forms via automation, workflows, and data through our primary platform, ServiceNow. What You Will Do
· Working with process owners and SMEs to gather requirements and write stories for enhancement and defect requests.
· Building testing scenarios and facilitating testing with subject matter experts to ensure delivery of a high-quality product.
- Eliciting, analyzing, and validating business requirements through various techniques (data analysis, process analysis, prototyping, use cases, business rules definition, etc.)
- Participating in sprint planning sessions and backlog management, focusing on prioritizing most valuable work, while promoting Agile principles
- Assisting with company on-boardings and standing up new modules/features releases
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and automation of business processes
- Facilitating training and related knowledge sharing events for the Enterprise
- Documenting knowledge through Knowledge Centered Services
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience building strong cross functional business relationships.
- Experience working with and communicating complex problems and solutions.
- Experience working with IT systems.
- Experience working with stakeholders to solicit and capture requirements and align on a common goal.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Service Now Certified System Administrator
- IT infrastructure process knowledge
- Experience leading multi-story projects.
- Experience implementing cloud-based systems.
- Experience in cost/economic evaluations.
Please note that the working hours for this position are from 2 PM to 11 PM IST, covering US timings.
