What You Will Do
1.CSR part:
- Ensure service and on time delivery for mass production order to intercompany per customer demand
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Generating sales leads and understands the urgency and priority of each order from intercompany.
- Check supplier ECD from buyer, and feedback intercompany customer Virtual Plant ECD to SCH hub on daily basis.
- Coordinate on goods allocation among STO orders and timely escalate for shortage issues.
- Receive shipping doc from 3PL, upload tracking# into SAP, and share to SCH.
- Coordination on changing shipping methods for urgent shipment.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Support plant SQE on RMA process
- SAP sample order management
2.Admin part
- Provide full-cycle travel arrangement support for the Ops Director, including flight & hotel booking, schedule coordination, itinerary planning and travel expense sorting, to ensure efficient business trips.
- Support the Operations Strategy Team in the planning, preparation, on-site service and follow-up work of large-scale cross-factory meetings, covering meeting schedule confirmation, material preparation, venue arrangement, participant coordination and minutes sorting.
- Assist in sorting out operational team documents, meeting materials and strategic presentation files, and provide administrative coordination support upon assignment
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor degree
- 2 years customer service working experience or Admin related working experience
- English bilingual communication
- PPT & office documentation
- Good sense of urgency
- Cross-team coordination
