What You Will Do
- Provide leadership and support to the Travel & Entertainment Team in Shanghai. Attracts, retains, and develops business process analyst. Creates an environment focused on advancing the culture where team members can thrive. Ensures there is a strong emphasis on financial control stewardship and processes help safeguard company assets. Build relationships cross-functionally with global T&E Team and respective finance team in Asia Pacific to bring optimal solutions to T&E Audit process.
- Assist Koch corporate card users and travelers with travel and expense inquiries. Inquiries and contacts are mainly initiated through compass incidents, tickets and tasks consisting of corporate card support including but not limited to card applications, configuration support, declines, charges and delinquency process, expense tool, reporting requests and general travel questions requiring support from Koch's travel agency.
- Focus on analyzing expense patterns and submissions, exception risk assessments, and educating cardholders about company policies and procedures. The role will report and escalate misuse of company funds as well as track employee paybacks.
- Manage a workbench consisting of assigned exceptions generated by an automated auditing tool.
- Apply logic and reason to analysis of employee expense submission entries and receipts.
- Know company policies and procedures to ensure expense submissions are compliant.
- Treat exceptions as opportunities to teach employees about company policies, procedures, PBM culture and value.
- Identify high-risk patterns which can lead to fraud, misuse, or abuse of company asset • Differentiate between abuse and negligence.
- Communicate clearly, concisely, and strategically with cardholders and supervisor.
- Continue learning about global travel and expense customs and regulations. • Determine when exceptions should be escalated to Manager for review.
- Perform in-depth analysis and investigations as needed by management.
- Create both high level and detailed summaries of significant findings.
- Individuals will closely collaborate with Koch's Travel and Expense team in Wichita and Atlanta in the United States, Singapore, Bengaluru in India, Expense tool IT support and Corporate card help desk.

What Will Put You Ahead
- 2-4 years of team management experience with corporate travel and expense
- Experience and knowledge of compass application, Concur, or similar expense tracking tool
- Experience driving process efficiencies and effectiveness.
- Knowledge of technology tool like Power Automate Desktop, Power BI, Power Query.
- Financial / Business Analysis experience – gathering data, understanding business drivers, performing analysis, originating ideas, and presenting a point of view to key stakeholders.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Previous experience in Audit or Compliance work
- Hands-on experience with Concur or similar expense tracking tool.
- Hands-on experience with Oversight or similar audit tool
- Excellent Communication skills
