Your Job
1. To perform connector product tests per related standard/specifications.
2. To support test engineers to complete failure analysis.
What You Will Do
1. Conducts product Signal Integrity tests according to standard, specification, and SOP. Like S Parameters (IL, RL, Impedance, Crosstalk), and Signal analysis, Continuity tests, etc.
根据相关标准和作业指导书，按要求执行产品信号完整性测试 (如插损，回损，阻抗，串扰)，以及信号分析，连续性测试等。
2. Record test raw data and prepare test report.
做好试验过程的原始记录，并出具测试报告。
3. Maintain test equipment to work normally.
维护保养测试设备，确保设备正常运行。
4. Main Lab 7S to meet requirement.
维护实验室7S以满足相关要求。
5. Carry out special assignments/projects assigned by his/her supervisor.
完成主管安排的其他工作。
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Engineering graduate (Communication or Electrical measurement) from a recognized college or technical secondary school.
理工科大专以上或同等学历（通信或电测专业）。
Min 1 years’ experience working in signal test field.
1年以上信号测试工作经验。
HS Connector test experience. Conducted tests which are from USCAR-49, USCAR-17.
高频连接器测试经验。执行过USCAR-49, USCAR-17等相关标准测试。
Able to read and understand test standard and test request (Chinese and English).
具备本岗位英文标准/测试要求的阅读理解能力（可借助工具）。
Knowledge of Windows office software (Excel and word)
熟练掌握 Windows Office 办公软件 (Excel和Word)。
Ability to operate related signal test equipment. Like VNA, TDR, oscilloscope, etc.
能操作相关信号测试设备。如矢量网络分析仪，时域反射仪，示波器等。
Basic data analysis and failure analysis ability.
基本的数据分析和失效分析能力。
Mechanical or Electrical equipment operation skill.
机械或电气测试设备操作技能。
