PRIMARY PURPOSE
This role is responsible for delivering DL recruitment and managing recruitment channels, acting as a key bridge between talent supply and business needs.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment Delivery
Responsible for recruitment delivery, carrying out hiring activities based on workshop and position requirements to ensure timely onboarding and meet workforce needs.
Recruitment Channel Management
Manage and execute recruitment channels, including job platforms, live streaming, and social media, continuously improving channel conversion rates and overall recruitment effectiveness.
Recruitment Data Tracking & Analysis
Track and analyze recruitment data, including resumes, interviews, and onboarding results, to evaluate channel performance and support recruitment optimization.
Market Intelligence & Candidate Insights
Collect market information and candidate expectations, including salary expectations, employment preferences, and mobility intentions, to provide insights for recruitment strategy adjustments.
Recruitment Resource & Channel Development
Develop and maintain recruitment resources and channels, including online platforms, referral programs, and regional resources, to enhance talent supply and sourcing capability.
SCOPE
In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for frontline workforce roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
You will collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team, HR Business Partners, and Hiring Managers to ensure timely and effective recruitment delivery.
To be successful in this role, you should be a proactive recruiter with a strong focus on execution, candidate experience, and market awareness.
EDUCATION
Required
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
Preferred
- Candidates with a background in Human Resources, Marketing, or related fields are preferred.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Required
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
Preferred
- Experience in manufacturing recruitment, high-volume hiring, or media-based recruitment (e.g., live-streaming recruitment) is preferred.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with solid execution ability; able to collaborate effectively with Hiring Managers, accurately understand hiring needs, and drive the recruitment process efficiently.
Basic data analysis skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel and Power BI for data organization, analysis, and reporting.
Able to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment, with the ability to handle pressure; capable of participating in live-streaming recruitment, online channel operations, and on-site recruitment support.
Strong learning ability and market awareness, with basic insights into recruitment trends, candidate behavior, and channel dynamics, and the ability to continuously optimize recruitment approaches.
