The SAP TM Analyst will be part of an international team that designs, develops, and delivers new applications for Koch Industries. Koch Industries is a privately held global organization with over 120,000 employees worldwide, with subsidiaries involved in manufacturing, trading, and investments.

Our Team
This position will work with the Georgia-Pacific Building Products IT organization as part of the Order to Cash (OTC) team. This is a functional role that partners closely with key business SMEs on day-to-day support, new requirements, enhancements, and project initiatives.
The successful candidate should have hands-on experience configuring and supporting SAP Transportation Management (TM) and demonstrate strong analytical skills, initiative, collaboration, and customer focus.
What You Will Do
Collaborate on SAP IM, LE, and TM processes in alignment with business projects.
Demonstrate deep expertise in Inventory Management (IM), Logistics Execution (LE), and Transportation Management (TM), with strong integration capabilities across the logistics landscape including Yard Management, Load Optimization, and S/4HANA.
Support system upgrades, enhancements, and future project initiatives.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported issues while providing day-to-day user support.
Analyze complex business problems and recommend effective solution alternatives.
Partner closely with business SMEs to design, deliver, and support solutions aligned with business strategies.
Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional and technical solutions.
Drive enhancements and participate in all phases of projects including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, training, deployment, and support.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA), impact assessments, documentation, and user training as required.
Create and maintain functional specifications, configuration documents, and related project documentation.
Develop and execute test plans, including unit testing, integration testing, and coordination of user acceptance testing (UAT).
Collaborate effectively with SAP functional and technical teams across global locations.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field.
8–10 years of experience working with SAP Transportation Management (TM).
Strong functional and technical expertise in designing, configuring, and implementing SAP TM solutions.
Minimum of one full-cycle SAP TM implementation experience.
Strong integration knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, particularly within logistics processes.
Experience configuring and customizing SAP IM, LE, and TM modules based on business requirements.
Experience setting up logistics master data, including shipping conditions, routes, equipment, and plant-specific configurations.
Ability to prepare functional specifications for WRICEF objects and validate technical designs.
Experience conducting workshops, gap analysis, and fit-to-standard sessions.
Strong ability to perform RCA, troubleshoot SAP TM issues, and provide user training.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and innovative mindset.

SAP ABAP troubleshooting knowledge.

Experience within the Consumer Products or Process Manufacturing industries.
