Position Overview
As a Officer, Quality, you will monitor and improve the quality of operational processes and outputs responsibilities include designing quality standards, inspecting materials, equipment, processes, and products, developing quality control systems, and determining corrective actions
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring and analyzing quality performance
- Developing and implementing quality control systems.
- Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations
- Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues
- Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.
- Checking PFMEA, specifications, and processes
- Be accountable for the compliance to rules, procedures and requirement in terms of:
a. 7S & KAIZEN
b. Environmental Health Safety
c. RBA & Social Responsibility
d. Protection of company assets
- Understand, support and contribute to current Molex Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Qualification
University degree and above, major in quality, industrial, or mechanical engineering
Experience
- Experience in quality engineering, quality assurance for molding part and electrical product or a similar role.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficient in creating and implementing procedures, processes, standards, and instructions.
- Good knowledge in problem solving and QC tools QC, 4M
- Be able to read technical drawings
- Standards, instructions creation skills
- Training skills and make report skill
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
