As a Machinist, you will set up and operate CNC and manual machines to produce precision components to tight tolerances. You will bring craftsmanship and problem-solving to ensure the quality and reliability of every part you produce.

You will be part of a skilled machining team that partners with engineering and operations to produce high-precision components and continuously improve machining processes.
What You Will Do
• Set up and operate CNC and manual machines (mills, lathes) to produce precision parts
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T to plan machining sequences
• Select tooling, set offsets, and adjust speeds and feeds
• Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure quality
• Perform first-article and in-process inspections
• Maintain equipment and perform routine machine upkeep
• Recommend process and tooling improvements
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical training preferred
• 2+ years of machining experience (CNC and/or manual)
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus
What Will Put You Ahead
• Experience with CNC programming and setup (Fanuc, Haas, Mazak, etc.)
• Familiarity with CAM software
• Experience machining tight-tolerance parts in a high-mix or regulated environment
• Knowledge of tooling optimization and machining best practices
