What You Will Do
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to design and implement people strategies that support our distinctive management approach—one that empowers individuals, values new ideas, and focuses on long-term results.
- HR Advisory: Provide strategic HR guidance and constructive feedback to leaders, using data and sound judgment to improve engagement, retention, and business performance.
- Talent Development: Help build a strong talent pipeline by working with leaders to clearly define job roles, key responsibilities, and performance expectations, so every team member knows how they contribute and how they can advance.
- Change Leadership: Drive organizational change by coaching leaders and teams to embrace better ways of working.
- Organizational Design: Improve how our teams are structured and how work is divided to support growth and lasting success.
- Data-Driven Insights: Use workforce data and open communication to identify potential challenges, reinforce standards, and build trust and accountability.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing HR team, encouraging knowledge sharing and responsibility for strengthening our workplace culture.
- Collaboration & Compliance: Partner with HR teams and external organizations to share best practices, accelerate change, and lead initiatives in corporate responsibility and compliance.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- 10+ years of HR experience in an HR leadership/management capacity within a multinational manufacturing organization.
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing an HR team.
- Strong capability as an HR Business Partner: influencing leaders, aligning people strategy to business outcomes, and leading through change.
- Proven strength in talent development, leadership coaching, and performance management (including feedback and termination cycles).
- Deep understanding of Mexican Employment Law (including NOM-035, overtime compliance, contracts, terminations, employee settlements).
- Experience managing relationships with labor unions and navigating collective bargaining agreements.
- Ability to present strategic results to global stakeholders in advanced English.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Master’s degree in a related field .
- 5+ years of experience in the electronics industry.
- Solid understanding of quality systems.
- Experience collaborating with external HR associations, labor authorities, and unions.
