· Work independently for automation equipment design & manufacturing & qualification.

· Come out the feasibility report for the Semi-auto & automation project.

· Conduct automation equipment proposal & design.

· Upgrade or modify nonstandard automation equipment & tooling, evaluate the settings and conditions of equipment & tooling after being modified or upgraded.

· Support manufacturing operations to dramatically improve the quality and efficiency.

· Edit the document for machine.

· Maintain a base knowledge of key technologies.

· Share technologies and best practices throughout the company.

· Support new product development through automation production line in NPI process.

· Identify & convince the opportunity of new automation project.

·Need to have a trip to Molex Singapore, Mexico, US etc. for some project.

· Comply with EHS policy.

REQUIRED:

·        BS, major in mechanical or related.

PREFERRED:

·        MS in automation engineering

REQUIRED:

• More than 8 years experience in large manufacturing plant or professional equipment company, with minimum 6 years working experience in automatic design, experience in automation environments.
• Be proficient with no-standard mechanical equipment.

PREFERRED:

·       More than 5 years minimum experience in Cable assembly automation design is preferred.

REQUIRED:

• Proficient in 3D software of UG or Solidwork.
• work.
• Pro-active; Positive; Confident.
• CET-4/6,English writing and reading skill,English speaking would be preferred.

PREFERRED:

·       Familiarity with UG, more than 3 years of connector area automation machine, and design of experiments is desirable.
