·       MOLEX, a brand under KOCH Industries with its headquarters in Wichita, Kansas (USA), is one of the world’s leading interconnector manufacturers.  

·       Since 2007, Molex Vietnam has operated its first factory in Thang Long I IP. We are now expanding with a new high-tech facility in Thang Long II IP, Hung Yen, backed by a $145 million investment and spanning 100,000 m². This site will manufacture advanced products including high-speed connectors, cables, and optical devices. 

Position overview 
 To assist department manager to take in charge of quality control in Molex’s Contract Manufacturers, so as to make sure of the operation achieving quality and delivery goals as well as improving suppliers' quality

Key Responsibilities 

1.          Handle the supplier’s quality issue effectively and timely to protect customers, drive supplier to take containment, corrective and prevention action with 8D methodology.

2.          Co-work with CQE to handling customer complaints and RMA process, support CQE on fast 8D response to satisfy customer.

3.          Closely work with MPE on daily supplier’s quality performance management by driving yield and capacity improvement to support operation. 

4.          Lead and organize the on-site process audit for the new and existing suppliers, plan and perform regular QMS audit at suppliers to monitor supplier’s quality system performance, drive the continuous improvement in the quality process of supplier.

5.          Work with cross function team to support customer audit when needed, drive the continuous improvement from suppliers for the NC findings.

6.          Support new project development as plant AQP, engage the necessary project phase and be accountable for related NPI activities, make sure a successful product/tool qualification and safe launch.

              Lead ship assessment/Deviation review with all stakeholders for both NPI and mass production phase, utilizing risk-base thinking to ensure the delivery quality.

7.          Take responsible to handle the PCN from supplier and make sure any change is verified and approved prior to implement in CM process.

8.          Support the project transfer from site to sites, work with stakeholders to create the comprehensive qualification plan and lead process and product qualification to make sure safe transfer.

9.          Perform internal audit to support Virtual Plant’s QMS maintenance.

10.        Other tasks assigned by team leader/manager. 

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) 

Qualification 

University degree and above

Experience  

5 years' experience in quality department, 3 years' experience in supplier quality management

Skills & Competencies 

·       Be familiar with quality tools, e.g., APQP, FMEA, CP, MSA, SPC etc

·       Strong communication skills within internal and external

·       Be familiar with Stamping/Molding/Assembly process.

·       Good GD&T knowledge

·       Fluent on English communication, speak Chinese is a plus.

·       Be familiar with ISO9001

·       Good teamwork spirit

·       Able to travel oversea.
