Title: Signal Integrity Engineer
Location: Thang Long II IP, Hung Yen (Daily Bus from Hanoi/ Bac Ninh/ Hai Duong)

Since 2007, Molex Vietnam has operated its first factory in Thang Long I IP. We are now expanding with a new high-tech facility in Thang Long II IP, Hung Yen, backed by a $145 million investment and spanning 100,000 m². This site will manufacture advanced products including high-speed connectors, cables, optical devices and liquid cooling system.
About the Role
Join Molex’s cutting edge Product Development team as a Signal Integrity Engineer, where you’ll play a key role in designing and optimizing high-speed interconnect solutions. You’ll work with global teams and customers to ensure signal performance meets the demands of next-generation data communication systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct finite element simulations for electro-mechanical interconnects.
- Develop mathematical models for electrical and mechanical parameters.
- Characterize high-speed connectors and systems using digital testing and electromagnetic modeling.
- Create and implement electrical test procedures, specifications, and fixtures.
- Design characterization and verification boards; collaborate with PCB design vendors.
- Perform empirical and analytical testing based on design inputs.
- Prepare evaluation reports and presentations for internal and customer use.
- Provide technical guidance to Sales, Marketing, and customers on signal integrity.
- Stay current with industry trends and share insights with the team.
- Lead R&D initiatives in advanced electrical design technologies.
- Develop mitigation strategies for EMI, heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and CFD in interconnect systems.
- Collaborate with customers on high-speed serial I/O, backplane, board-to-board, and channel applications.

Qualifications
Education
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Preferred: Master’s in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Physics.
Experience
- Required: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Preferred:
- Experience designing high-speed electrical interconnects.
- Proficiency with CAD/CAE tools (e.g., Ansys HFSS, CST, Sigrity, ADS, Cadence).
- Skilled in correlating simulation results with lab measurements using oscilloscopes, TDRs, VNAs.
- Ability to script and automate analysis workflows.
Skills
- Required: Strong understanding of electromagnetics.
- Preferred: Experience in EMI, thermal analysis, and fluid mechanics is a plus.
