Your Job
We are seeking proactive, humble, and growth-oriented individuals who are passionate about learning new skills and continuously expanding their capabilities. Our R&D and Product Development Engineering teams are responsible for transforming innovative ideas into market-leading products, driving development from initial concept through mass production.
Our Team
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Engineer specializing in Process & Tooling Engineering. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in sheet metal fabrication, liquid cooling systems, sealing solutions, plastic components, and metal forming processes.
In this role, you will lead the development, optimization, and implementation of manufacturing processes and tooling solutions to support new product introduction and mass production. You will play a critical role in ensuring product quality, improving manufacturing efficiency, reducing production costs, and driving continuous process improvement across the organization.
What You Will Do
- Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes for sheet metal fabrication, liquid cooling products, sealing components, plastic parts, welding operations, and metal forming technologies.
- Partner closely with Design Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to ensure product designs are manufacturable, cost-effective, and compliant with quality and reliability requirements.
- Monitor, analyze, and improve manufacturing process performance through data-driven continuous improvement initiatives, driving higher productivity, improved yield, and reduced manufacturing costs.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex manufacturing and process-related issues, providing technical leadership and hands-on support to ensure stable and efficient production.
- Collaborate with suppliers and external partners on tooling, equipment, and process development to ensure designs, fabrication, and implementation meet technical specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Mentor, coach, and support engineers and technicians, fostering technical excellence, knowledge sharing, and continuous professional development across the team.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Process Engineering, Tooling Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering, with demonstrated expertise in sheet metal fabrication, liquid cooling products, sealing solutions, plastic components, and metal forming processes.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies, production equipment, and process development methodologies, with proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively work across cross-functional teams and drive alignment among stakeholders.
- Experience in project management, new product introduction (NPI), or manufacturing process implementation is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for driving operational excellence.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Hands-on experience with liquid cooling systems, including cold plates, pumps, quick-connect fittings, tubing assemblies, manifolds, and related thermal management solutions.
- Deep expertise in sealing technologies, including material selection, sealing system design (e.g., O-rings, gaskets, and custom sealing solutions), leakage prevention, and reliability validation.
- Strong understanding of fluid dynamics, heat transfer, and material compatibility, with the ability to apply engineering principles to optimize mechanical and thermal system performance.
- Proven experience in high-volume manufacturing environments, with a solid understanding of Design for Manufacturability (DFM), Design for Testability (DFT), and process scalability considerations.
- In-depth knowledge of materials used in liquid cooling applications, including aging characteristics, thermal resistance, chemical compatibility, corrosion resistance, and long-term reliability.
- Passion for engineering innovation and product development, with a track record of creating new solutions, improving existing products, and addressing unmet industry needs.
- Experience collaborating within global organizations and cross-functional teams, effectively working with engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and external partners.
- Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, challenge conventional approaches, and proactively drive process improvements that enhance quality, efficiency, and operational performance.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to lead initiatives from concept through implementation and deliver measurable business impact.
