· Since 2007, Molex Vietnam has operated its first factory in Thang Long I IP. We are now expanding with a new high-tech facility in Thang Long II IP, Hung Yen, backed by a $145 million investment and spanning 100,000 m². This site will manufacture advanced products including high-speed connectors, cables, and optical devices.
Position Overview
Together with Supervisor to assist department Managers to take charge of incoming and in-house component quality so as to make sure of the operation achieving quality , productivity and output goals and improve supplier quality.
Key Responsibilities
1. Be responsible of components, materials specifications and standards. Take part in components, materials inspection standards and inspection instruction.
2. Define inspection plan, organise and implement components, material inspection. Ensure the incoming component to meet quality standards and support manufacturing lines to achive production goals.
3. Training and coaching subordinates for component specifications, standards, machines and instrument set-up and operations. Limit samples preparation and submit for approval.
4. Mornitor components, material quality performance. Control and improve components scraps, material consumption, inspection cost. Contact to suppliers, vendors for components, material quality issue and improvement. Participate suppliers quality assessment and review. Data input into SAP system.
5. Participate quality meetings in plant and/or with suppliers, vendors and reports. Take part of defect analysis, abnormality report, follow up actions, customer complain and claim, sorting, PFMEA.
6. Take part for trial run, transfer components, products and new product development.
7. Subordinate performance assessment.
8. Clearly understand self’s and section’s goals to make contribution to obtain quality and delivery goals.
9. Be accountable for the compliance to rules, procedures and requirement in terms of:
a. 7S & KAIZEN
b. Environmental Health Safety
c. RBA & Social Responsibility
d. Protection of company assets
10. Understand, support and contribute to current Molex Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures.
11. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Provide company car from Hanoi/ Hai Duong/ Bac Ninh to Hung Yen

Experience
At least 2 years equivalent experiences
