As an Associate Product Manager, you will lead the strategy and performance of a portfolio of primarily copper-based interconnect solutions, with adjacent fiber offerings, supporting enterprise buildings and commercial data center environments.
This is an important role where you will align product strategy with practical customer applications and real-world deployment needs, helping strengthen Molex’s position in the enterprise connectivity market.

You will be part of Molex’s Connected Enterprise Solutions business unit, focused on delivering end-to-end copper and fiber infrastructure that powers enterprise buildings and data centers.

What You Will Do
- Support product managers in maintaining and communicating the product roadmap for copper and fiber connectivity solutions, tracking progress and flagging dependencies
- Assist in coordinating activities across the product lifecycle, helping to keep NPI projects on schedule and ensuring key milestones and actions are tracked and followed up
- Gather and organize voice of customer inputs and field feedback, helping product managers translate these into structured requirements and documentation
- Maintain portfolio trackers and reporting tools, supporting product managers with data gathering and analysis related to growth, margin, and product performance
- Assist in preparing pricing analysis and supporting materials for customer engagements, working under the guidance of senior product managers
- Coordinate meeting schedules, action logs, and follow-ups across sales, engineering, operations, and supply chain teams, ensuring cross-functional tasks progress on time
- Conduct research on competitive products and market trends, preparing summaries to support product positioning decisions made by senior product managers
- Evaluate competitive dynamics and position Molex solutions around reliability, ease of deployment, and total cost of ownership
- Support ongoing improvement initiatives across cost, quality, and portfolio optimization by tracking progress, consolidating updates, and maintaining project documentation
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Basic understanding of business and financial concepts, with an interest in learning how product decisions connect to commercial outcomes such as margin, growth, and customer value
- Ability to gather, organize, and summarize customer and market information clearly, supporting senior colleagues in turning insights into structured requirements or recommendations
- Comfortable working across teams in technical environments, coordinating between engineering, sales, operations, and other functions to keep tasks and projects moving
- Clear and organized communicator, able to prepare meeting notes, action logs, status updates, and presentations that keep stakeholders informed and aligned
- Bachelor's degree, ideally in a technical, business, or engineering discipline
What Will Put You Ahead
- Some exposure to product management, project coordination, or a technical role within connectivity, structured cabling, or related infrastructure markets and a strong interest in developing expertise in this area
