What You Will Do
1. Take responsibility for mechanical testing. Maintain and ensure good working condition of force test equipment.
2. Review test requests and conduct mechanical tests according to related standards/specifications. Such as Insertion/extraction, Retention force, Normal force, Torque force, Strength test, etc.
3. Collaborate with PTL or Test requestor to review test projects and confirm test requirements. Prepare necessary testing resources, including equipment, fixtures, and materials.
4. Develop, check, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).
5. Set up test system based on test request.
6. Provide explanations and comments for any mechanical testing failures.
7. Train technicians on machine operation and testing procedures.
8. Check test data, review test reports, and ensure the accuracy of test results.
9. Support the ISO17025 lab quality management system.
10. Maintain good 7S work environment.
11. Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
1. Degree in Engineering from a recognized university or technical institute.
2. Min 3 years’ experience working in mechanical testing/design.
3. Experience operating standard mechanical/durability test equipment.
4. Strong computer skills and knowledge of Windows/MS Office applications.
5. Good English communication skills（CET4 at least）
