• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at the major home appliance customers.
• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the home appliance segment.
• Provide essential technical support to customers, ensuring solutions align with customer requirements.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, product management, supply chain, operation) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions in Salesforce.

·       Role with solution selling into home appliance account base, focus on account management

REQUIRED:

·        Bachelor's degree

PREFERRED:

·        Bachelor’s degree or above, in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical)

REQUIRED:

·        +3 years relevant sales or engineering (mechanical or electrical) experience in China home appliance industry.

PREFERRED:

·        Familiar with home appliance connectors & applications

·        From the main competitors – TE/Stocko/Lumberg/CWB/FAF/CJT – would be a plus

·        With the experience of managing large accounts – Haier/Hisense/Midea/Gree experience is a strong plus

REQUIRED:

·        Ability to work under pressure from both internal & external, eager to travel.

·        Good communication skills for business propositions

·        Fluent in English verbal, reading & written

PREFERRED:

·        Work proactively and self-motivation, with great desire to win, strong accountability

·        Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
