Our team of 20+ members has a presence across APAC, EMEA and the Americas, providing Global Mobility support to all Koch companies.

What You Will Do
- Engage with customers to understand their Global Mobility needs and provide tailored recommendations aligned with company guidelines. 深入了解客户及业务团队的全球人才派遣需求，根据公司政策及业务实际情况提供专业建议和解决方案。
- Collaborate with HR, Finance and external vendors to facilitate seamless mobility operations. 与人力资源、财务及外部服务供应商协同合作，确保全球人才派遣项目顺利执行。
- Deliver high-value customer experiences by proactively identifying and resolving challenges. 以卓越客户体验为导向，主动识别并解决问题，持续提升服务质量与运营效率。
- Coordinate international assignments and relocations while maintaining accurate employee records. 负责国际派遣、跨境调动及搬迁项目的全过程管理，并及时维护准确的人员及项目数据记录。
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and ambiguous situations while maintaining a focus on results. 能够快速适应不断变化的业务需求及复杂情况，在不确定环境下持续推动成果达成。
- Support implementation and optimization of mobility processes and technology solutions. 支持全球人才流动相关流程及数字化工具的实施与持续优化。
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and share best practices. 主动发现流程优化机会，并推动最佳实践的沉淀与分享。
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- In-depth knowledge of Global Mobility processes and practices with relevant hands-on experience. 具备扎实的全球人才派遣（Global Mobility）专业知识及相关实操经验。
- Experience in a multinational or complex organizational environment. 拥有跨国企业或复杂组织环境中的工作经验。
- Experience managing external vendors or client relationships. 具备供应商管理或客户关系管理经验。
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset. 具备优秀的问题分析与解决能力，并拥有主动思考和持续改进意识。
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and advise stakeholders at different organizational levels. 具备与不同层级利益相关方协作并提供专业建议的成功经验。
