Molex is seeking a Quality Manager with optical fiber experience to service our Global ODM customer.
PRIMARY PURPOSE:
- Ensure suppliers material incoming quality meet requirement.
- Customer quality assurance and external audit compliance.
- Internal quality control meet ISO9000 requirement.

What You Will Do (Job Description)
- Managing ISO9000 management system.
- Supplier chain quality management.
- Ensure all product meet customer quality requirement.
- Product quality and reliability management in advance product design, all process.
- Deal with the customer line audit and follow the customer findings.
- Deal with the RMA and follow the action items implement.
SCOPE:
- Ensure all activities are complied with procedure requirement from supplier, internal process and customer.
- Ensure product quality and reliability from design and development to internal process is met customer requirements.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
EDUCATION: BS degree in engineering or management or equivalent.
PREFERRED: Master's Degree
- At least 5 years’ experience in quality and products management.
- Knowledge in IS09001 and IS014000
- Familiar with ISO or experienced on customer audit host
What Will Put You Ahead
- Familiar with optical and subsystem products process.
- Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Good teamwork, ownership, initiative, with a sense of urgency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Business Level English
